christmas shopping in Málaga or Seville
Imagen spending your day on a sunny terrace or maybe even a few hours on the beach and in the afternoon all the christmas ligths bring you in the right mood for your shopping. Christmas in Spain is special and the cities look amazing so maybe you should consider do your shoppings this year in Malaga or Seville. The flights are cheap, not the last few days because everybody in Spain wants to be with their family, but in the weeks before you will find very afordable flights. And for the ladies: eveningdresses are much cheaper in Spain then in nothern Europe, there is more choice and the quality is better, so you will look amazing at your christmas dinner at home and maybe you can even earn back your trip.

This is going to be spectacular – the new harbour of Málaga
Last night they did a test with the spectacular new lighting in the harbour of Málaga. It will be stunning as you can see. The first part of the harbour will be be opened before the end of this year.

SHOP TILL YOU DROP
La Cañada in Marbella is the largest shopping centre on the Costa del Sol and our favourite place for shopping. You will find in this American-style mall, with more than 150 shops, everything you could ask for, including food, clothes, electronics and furniture. Fashionistas flock for the clothes with shops like Zara, Mango, Bershka, Pepe, Diesel, Desigual, Hugo Boss, H&M, Benetton, Tommy Hilfinger. And there is also a huge branch of French store FNAC for CDs, DVDs, computers, books. And if you like furniture and decoration take a look at Habitat and Zara Home. You can shop away all day from 10.00 until 22.00, the shops don´t close for siesta. And in the summer months the centre is also open on Sundays. This vast establishment cannot be missed and is situated on the Marbella ring road on the junction for Ojén and offers you free parking.

PRACHTIGE WANDELING BIJ MARBELLA
De meesten zullen met een heel ander doel naar Marbella komen, ja wandelen maar dan van shop naar shop of van boot naar boot in de jachthaven Puerto Banus. Als je aan het eind van jachthaven, daar waar de duurste boten liggen, je omdraait zie je een prachtig beeld met op de achtergrond een berglandschap. Je kunt daar prachtige wandelingen maken. Bijvoorbeeld bij de Refugio de Juanar. Neem vanaf de snelweg langs Marbella de afslag naar Ojén, het binnenland in. Vlak voorbij dit plaatstje krijg je een afslag naar de Refugio de Juanar, rijdt deze helemaal uit en parkeer je auto. De wandeling begint bij het hotel/restaurant. Echt prachtig, hij wordt aangeduid als makkelijk maar dat valt alleen tegen, het is behoorlijk pittig.

FIETSEN IN ANDALUSIË
Als je aan Andalusië denkt, denk je niet in de eerste plaats aan fietsen. Alhoewel, de wielrenners wellicht. Als sport is het ook behoorlijk populair en je komt veel wielrenners tegen maar je moet geoefend zijn want Andalusië is behoorlijk bergachtig. Er komt echter ook steeds meer aandacht voor reacreatief fietsen of de fiets als vervoermiddel. In steeds meer streken en steden worden fietspaden aangelegd. De beste steden om erop uit te gaan op de fiets zijn Sevilla en Málaga. In Sevilla is het echt een te gekke manier om de stad te ontdekken en in Málaga kun je heerlijk langs het strand fietsen.
