Nieuw bij de Andalusia Travelcard een boutique hotel, charme B&B aan de voet van de Sierra Nevada in de Lecrin Vallei, provincie Granada. Gerund sinds kort door Nederlanders heeft dit bed and breakfast, Casa de Lino, voor iedereen wat te bieden, genoeg te wandelen in de directe omgeving maar ook de strandliefhebber zit hier op de juiste plek want in 25 minuten zit je op het strand. De stad Granada met zijn Alhambra ligt op een klein half uurtje rijden. Het hotel gelegen in het centrum van Nigüelas heeft 10 sfeervolle kamers, waarvan 1 kamer is aangepast voor gehandicapten. Verder is er in het hotel een overdekte binnenpatio, een buitenpatio, een groot dakterras met zonnebedden, gratis wifi, een honesty bar. En per 1 oktober gaat ook het bistro restaurant van het hotel open. Een leuk detail is nog dat de centrale verwarming op biobrandstof van olijfpitten wordt gestookt. Hier slaap je echt op hoogte want het witte dorpje Nigüelas is gelegen op 930 meter.

Apartments in Granada

ski in the Sierra Nevada
We went two days for a short ski-holiday in the Sierra Nevada and it was really fun. We were very lucky, when we arrived on sunday it was still rainy and it was impossible to ski. But monday morning we woke up with a clear blue sky. The snow was very good, it was not busy with people at all, the perfect circumstances. We stayed at Trevenque, a very good choise, spacious apartments, clean and good priced. It is a shame that it is still quit unknown that skiing in the Sierra is so nice, it is only half an hour drive from the center of Granada, you do not have to take all your equipment with you because for 16 euros a day you can rent ski´s and shoes in one of the shops. If you have the chance to avoid the weekend and festival days you sometimes have the slope for yourself. Very recommended.
